Being new to the area and selecting Dr. Kretz based on wonderful online reviews, I have to say today's visit for a new crown had to be the most painless and the quickest I have experienced! My mouth is not sore at all! The staff are very friendly as well and knowledgeable as far as insurance, etc. As far as the prior poor staff review, they obviously dealt with that issue, if there ever was one.
